Hosting Requirements at Xtended Space to Become XTRA SPACE Host

To help create comfortable, reliable storage space for renters, Xtended Space asks all XTRA SPACE hosts to meet the below-mentioned requirements for their listings:

1. Create your account if you don’t have one yet.
2. Upload a photo of your XTRA SPACE on our App or platform.
3. Describe your listing type - household or commercial and set the description & title.
4. Be very clear about the amenities of your storage space.
5. Clearly define your guidelines to the renter to avoid the hassle.
6. Let the renter know what sort of items renters can store at a storage facility.
7. While listing a commercial property, provide your GST number.
8. Read our terms & conditions, privacy policy, and cancellation policy.
9. You must maintain your response rate high. Keep a check on your dashboard or Xtended Space App notification.
