What would be your reaction after getting the solution from an unknown person sitting next to you in any local transport vehicle? Would your inner conscience rely on the solution given by the stranger?
One of the journeys was when Maya Kapoor was returning home from Noida Sector- 62 to Rajendra Place by metro train. It was last month on Monday when the station was highly crowded like always. Maya boarded the metro coach at the very last minute.
After boarding the train, she stood proximate to the senior citizen seat. She was so busy on a call with her friend about the recent flat she had planned to shift to.
She discussed the problem of time management and the challenge of daily travel from Delhi to Noida. She further exclaimed that making a profit in business was becoming a daunting task because of regular travel. She stays there for a short time.
She could hardly notice that one of the men sitting listened to her words attentively. The man offered his seat to Maya very politely. She accepted happily with a smiling gesture.
She again got lost in her conversation with her friend regarding the relocation process. A man kept listening to her concern about Maya's business and her hard work travelling from Delhi to Noida.
After half an hour passed, the man could not resist himself and finally interrupted Maya's conversation that had been going on since she boarded the train.
The man asked her about the problem so gently that Maya could not deny his question. She hung up the call when the man began discussing the relocation problem and the logistics service, only to keep the conversation going.
Maya interestingly shared her views regarding the common problem people face shifting from one place to another. After acknowledging Maya’s relocation problem, the man offered her the contact number of the logistics service provider by saying, you must contact the number where you will get help.
Maya could not believe his words for a few seconds. However, she accepted the number when the man deboarded the train at Rajiv Chowk station. Finally, the station came. The man left his seat with a smile.
Maya again called her friend Priya and disclosed the story about the unknown person who met her. On Priya's suggestion, Maya contacted the same number to confirm the truth. In countering that, she learned the given contact number was of the sales department of Xtended Space.
